Your Role – Not a visitor, but a pioneer

Your first year in Seoul won’t be about training.

It will be about transformation.

  • Work directly with the founders and C-level team to master Willog’s core technology and DNA
  • Co-develop go-to-market strategies tailored for the US
  • Build insights through collaboration with our CEOs in Singapore and Japan
  • Lay the groundwork to own and lead the US expansion

After a year, you’ll take full charge of: Strategy, Product, Market Development, and Team Building for the US market.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the CEO to build our U.S. go-to-market strategy
  • Conduct market research and lead outreach to potential U.S. clients and partners
  • Serve as the cultural & communication bridge between our Korean HQ and U.S. stakeholders
  • Assist in establishing Willog’s U.S. legal entity and local operations
  • Build and manage B2B sales pipelines, particularly in logistics and supply chain sectors


Ideal Candidate

  • U.S. university graduate or strong U.S. network
  • 1–5 years of experience in global business development, partnerships, or sales
  • Fluent in English (Korean proficiency a plus)
  • Passionate about startups, global growth, and early-stage impact
  • Excited about the opportunity to relocate and build something from zero
